About Sena ↗
Prepared for the current preview.

This draft needs confirmed business contacts and operating details, plus legal review, before public launch or customer onboarding.

Purpose and scope

This policy sets expectations for using Sena’s website and illustrative product previews. A live customer service agreement may include additional obligations suited to the service purchased. It does not authorise access to a production account or hotel system.

Use Sena lawfully

Do not use Sena for fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not submit misleading information about your authority to represent a business or another person.

Protect people and their information

Only handle information you are authorised to use for a lawful purpose. Do not put real guest records, identity documents, passwords, payment card information or other sensitive data into website demonstrations. Do not publish another person’s personal information without an appropriate basis.

Respect the service

Do not introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, attempt to access another property’s information, disrupt the website, or perform intrusive testing without written authorisation. Do not send spam or use automated requests in a way that degrades availability.

Ordinary browsing, accessibility tools and responsible evaluation of the public website are permitted.

Report a concern

If you suspect a security or privacy problem, stop the activity that exposed it, avoid accessing further information, and preserve only the minimum details necessary to explain the issue. Do not publicly disclose private guest data or exploit the issue.

A verified security reporting contact must be supplied by Nile Africa Technologies Ltd. before production onboarding.

How concerns are handled

Access may need to be limited to protect the service or investigate misuse. Any action should be proportionate to the risk and consistent with applicable law and the relevant agreement. Live-account suspension, notice and appeal arrangements must be set out in that agreement; this page does not establish an automatic forfeiture of payments or data.
